私共はeBayとPaypalの登録の住所に商品をお送りしております。
どちらも登録住所は下記のようになっておりました。

一度郵便物が日本を離れてしまうと、日本の管轄ではなくなってしまうので、
私共で送り先の変更はできません。
お客様の方で、郵便局まで取りに行っていただければ受け取れる可能性がありますので一度郵便局に問い合わせてみてください。
無理であれば、私に返送されたものを再度正しい住所にお送りすることになります。

ご迷惑をおかけ致しますが、ご理解の程お願い致します。

We send the item to address registered at eBay and Paypal.
Both addresses were as follows.

After the item is sent from Japan, it is not under the control of Japan.
So we cannot change address to which it is sent.
As you might be able to pick up the item if you go to the post office by yourself, please inquire the post office.
If you cannot do so, I will send the one that was returned to me again to correct address.
I have caused you an inconvenience, but hope you understand me.
