私共はeBayとPaypalの登録の住所に商品をお送りしております。
どちらも登録住所は下記のようになっておりました。
一度郵便物が日本を離れてしまうと、日本の管轄ではなくなってしまうので、
私共で送り先の変更はできません。
お客様の方で、郵便局まで取りに行っていただければ受け取れる可能性がありますので一度郵便局に問い合わせてみてください。
無理であれば、私に返送されたものを再度正しい住所にお送りすることになります。

We sent items to the address registered on eBay and PayPal.
Registered address for both were as follows.
Once the postal matter leaves Japan, it's not under control of Japan, so we cannot change delivery address.
If you go t the post office to collect them, you might be able to receive them, so please ask at the post office.
If that's not possible, I will resend returned items to the correct address.
We are afraid to take your time, but we appreciate your kind understanding.
