リペアマンには直接問い合わせたところ、ゴールドプレートの研磨はメッキが剥がれないように加減をしてと申しております。
またピックガードのブランケットに関しては発送時には問題がなかったので郵送中のトラブルのためかと思われます。
どちらにせよ、楽しみに待っていただいたところ本当に申し訳ございません。

I am so sorry that you were not satisfied.
I asked directly to the repairman, then he told me that he did not polish the gold plating very much because he did not want to peel off the coating.
Regarding the blanket of the pick guard, there was no problem when it was shipped, so the damage was possibly due to the trouble during delivery.
In either way, I am very sorry for the damage in spite that you had been looking forward to the guitar.
I sincerely apologize about that.
Not to mention, I will accept the return of the item, and also I will adjust the selling price.
