概要をさっと読んだだけなので、勘違いしていたら申し訳ございません。
私はてっきり卸販売の話だろうと思っていたのですが、こちらはショッピングモールへの出店のお誘い、もしくは物流倉庫を利用しませんかというお誘いといったことでしたでしょうか?
その場合は、申し訳ないですけど弊社は海外向けのスタッフも少ないですし、フランス語の対応が出来るものがおりませんので、出店は難しいです。

I had completely believed that the topic is about the wholesale issue, but did you mean that is the invitation to open a branch in the shopping mall, or the invitation to utilize the warehouse for transportation purpose?
In such case, I am very sorry that I have to tell you that it would be difficult for us to open a new branch because we have few staff members for overseas operation, and no one can address the issues in French.
