Beautyカテゴリに必要な追加の提出書類については、Option1と3は提出が可能です。
Option2のFDA書類は提出することができません。
何故なら私たちはFDAやNDIに該当する、FoodやDrugのジャンルでの出品予定がない為です。
私たちは、BeautyカテゴリのASINについて出品を予定しています。
これらの商品は販売にあたりFDAの許可が必要ありません。
そのためOption2のFDA書類の用意はできません。
Option1と3の書類だけの提出で問題ないでしょうか。
Regarding required documents for the category of Beauty, we can turn the documents stated in option 1 & 3.
However, we cannot turn in FDA documents stated in option 2 as we are not going to put up items in the genre of Food or Drug.
We are to put up ASIN items in the category of Beauty.
These items do not need FDA permission when they are sold.
Therefore, we cannot obtain FDA documents stated in option 2.
Will it be alright if we turn in only option 1 & 3 documents?
