日本の税関 X線検査で、モバイルバッテリーが見つかり
アイテムは返送されています。

As for mobile battery that you purchased from my shop a few days aago,
we cannot send it by air since regulation of air flight has changed since April.
The mobile battery has been found at Japanese customs and X ray inspection,
and it has been returned.
Would you issue a refund and accept cancellation?
I apologize to have caused you an inconvenience who had been waiting for arrival of the item
this time.

We are not able to send the mobile battery you bought the other day on my shop by air, because of the rule of shipment by air has been changed in April.
If the battery is found by X-ray at Japanese custom, it will be sent to the origin.
Please refund money to me and cancel the order.
