ベースの最終確認をしたのですが、シリアルナンバーは--で間違いありません。
しかし、前のオーナーの保証書の有効期限が1990年代になっていることが少々気になります。
シリアルから推測すると1989年製でまず間違いないのですが、1990年代のリイシューモデルの可能性も否定できません。
Ibanezに問い合わせましたがこの年代のシリアルの管理が曖昧で正確な年代は教えてくれませんでした。
個人的には1989年製でほぼ間違いないと思うのですが、100%断言はできません。

I did a final check on the base, but the serial number is -- correct.
However, I'm little concerned about the warranty from the previous owner which is expired in 1990.
As I guess from the serial, it is surely the 1989 made, but it could be a reissue model of 1990 too.
I inquired Ibanez but they are not sure the exact year of the made.
Personally, I am almost sure it was made in 1989 but I can't say it is 100% .

I made a final confirmation with the bass, and the serial number is correct as xxxxx. However the expiration of the previous owner's warranty was back in the 90s, which bothers me a bit.
From the serial number, it was certainly made in 1989, but I cannot deny the possibility of that as a reissued model in the 90s.
I contacted Ibanez, but I could not get the clear answer about the precise year as the serial number management was ambiguous.
In my personal opinion, I could say it is made in 1989, but not for 100 % sure.

I confirmed the base but there is no problem about serial number. However, I'm a little concerned about the expiry date of previous owner's guarantee which is 1990's. According to serial number, it is the 1990's things, but there is another possibility that it is 1990's re-issued model. I asked Ibanez but they didn't tell me the accurate period. this is because their management of serial number of this period was obscure. in my opinion, it is almost correct that this is made on 1998, but i'm not sure about it.
