This module returns an RTMP redirect to clients that connect to the Load Balancer, except for those
that are configured to be ignored in the loadbalanceIgnoreClients property in the Server.xml file.
Wowza edge servers that connect to a Load Balancer that's also an origin server in a live stream
repeater (origin/edge) configuration are also ignored.

このモヂュールは、サーバー.xmlファイルの積み荷均衡無視クライアントプロパティを無視する環境設定でない限り，ロードバランサーに接続するお客さんに直接RTMPを戻します。
ライブストリームリピーター（オリジン/ エッジ）環境設定の 元のサーバーもロードバランサーに接続するワウザエッジサーバーもまた無視されます。
