一方で、今回の問題は、Ａ社、及び、日本の市場に対する、Ｂ社の体制の在り方からきている部分もあります。
Ａ社の最新の状況を改めて調査し、Ｙさんとよく相談し、最善の解決策を考えたいと思います。

It is the fact that many colleagues don't rely on him by his arrogant and faithless attitude everyday.
On the other hand, this problem comes from whole concept of B Co.'s structure to A Co. and Japan's market.
