従来から、Ｘさんの傲慢で不誠実な態度から、Ａ社の多くの人たちは、彼を信頼しなくなっていたのは事実です。
一方で、今回の問題は、Ａ社、及び、日本の市場に対する、Ｂ社の体制の在り方からきている部分もあります。
Ａ社の最新の状況を改めて調査し、Ｙさんとよく相談し、最善の解決策を考えたいと思います。
なお、この問題とは別に、Ｚさんが来日した際に、Ｃ社のＳＶＰの方とお会いすることを、快諾していただいています。

We will investigate the latest condition of A again and take counsel with Y to make the best solution.
And, apart from this trouble, we have gotten Z's willing agreement to meet SVP person of C when he/she visits Japan.
