USPSから返品を待っていたのですが、返品されてこないので、日本郵便を通してUSPSに問い合わせてみました。
USPSから、「荷物は、まだ保管している。配達先(お客様)から直接配達要求の連絡があれば、再度配達を行うことは可能である」との回答がありました。
大変申し訳ありませんが、下記のURLを参考にUSPSにご連絡いただき、商品を受領されますよう、お願い申し上げます。
I was waiting for it to be returned via USPS, but I did not get returned item so I made an inquiry to USPS via Japan Post.
USPS replied, "the parcel is still kept. If recipient (customer) directly requests deliver, it can be delivered again."

Although we have been waiting for receiving the returned product by USPS but it didn't come back. So, we contacted USPS through Nippon Yubin. And USPS answered that "We still keep the package and if the customer directly contact us and ask for delivery, it is possible to deliver again".
We are sorry but could you please contact USPS using the URL below and receive the product? Thank you very much.
As we didn't receive the return from USPS, we contacted USPS through Japan Post to check on the status.
The reply from USP was that, "The package is now kept here. We will only re-send the product once we receive the request from client directly."
