返金なのですが、クレームの取り下げが確認ができないと返金できません。
これは、Amazonのシステムに理由があるのですが、
私が返金した時点で店側がクレームを認めたことになり、
一連のクレーム処理が完了したことになります。
完了した後に、あなたはクレームを取り下げることができません。
クレームを取り下げていただければ必ず返金します。
わたしも生活がかかっていますので、だますようなことはしません。
ご検討いただければ助かります。
