出品業者の対応が悪すぎます。指導して是正してください。

In my previous enquiry I said that I ordered 50 items and there were 5 missing. The box contained an explanation for these 5 missing items but I cannot read Hangul! Please let the seller know about this. Please let me know via e-mail the reason for this mistake and how you will refund me the money for those 5 missing items. If there are any problems then please deal with them accordingly.
Your customer service is really appalling. I hope you can seek some guidance so that you can improve in future.

Please do ask the seller to tell me the reason why not all the pieces were sent to me and how they will pay back the money, via e-mail. I ask you to take the necessary processing for the case of this kind of trouble!
