こちらの商品を10個注文したが、9個しか届きません。1個足りませんでした！
お金返してください！商品足りません！
前回の問合せの件は50個注文した商品が5枚足りなかった。5枚足りない理由を説明した手紙が
箱に入っていたが、ハングル文字は読めない！業者に問い合わせて連絡してください。足りない理由とこちらが余分に支払ったお金の返金をどうするかＥメールで連絡してください。問題があった場合はしっかりと対応してください。
出品業者の対応が悪すぎます。指導して是正してください。
I ordered 10 of these items, but I have only received 9 of them. There is 1 missing!
Please return me my money! Not all items are there!
In my previous enquiry I said that I ordered 50 items and there were 5 missing. The box contained an explanation for these 5 missing items but I cannot read Hangul! Please let the seller know about this. Please let me know via e-mail the reason for this mistake and how you will refund me the money for those 5 missing items. If there are any problems then please deal with them accordingly.
Your customer service is really appalling. I hope you can seek some guidance so that you can improve in future.
