こちらの商品を10個注文したが、9個しか届きません。1個足りませんでした！
お金返してください！商品足りません！
前回の問合せの件は50個注文した商品が5枚足りなかった。5枚足りない理由を説明した手紙が
箱に入っていたが、ハングル文字は読めない！業者に問い合わせて連絡してください。足りない理由とこちらが余分に支払ったお金の返金をどうするかＥメールで連絡してください。問題があった場合はしっかりと対応してください。
出品業者の対応が悪すぎます。指導して是正してください。
I ordered ten pieces of this item, but I got only nine. Please pay back the price for one.
Last time I ordered 50 pieces of an item, but I got only 45. Though a message letter explaining the reason for the missing 5 pieces was in the package, I could not read Hangeul! Please do ask the seller to tell me the reason why not all the pieces were sent to me and how they will pay back the money, via e-mail. I ask you to take the necessary processing for the case of this kind of trouble!
The response of the seller is too bad. Please check and correct their way of transaction. I do think it must be your responsibility.
