箱に入っていたが、ハングル文字は読めない！業者に問い合わせて連絡してください。足りない理由とこちらが余分に支払ったお金の返金をどうするかＥメールで連絡してください。問題があった場合はしっかりと対応してください。

出品業者の対応が悪すぎます。指導して是正してください。
