みそラーメンは北海道が発祥、
東京は醤油ラーメンが中心、
醤油味はあっさり、みそ味はこってり、
すべてのラーメンにメンマは乗っています
東京では日本全国の様々な味のラーメンを食べることができます
私が個人的に好きなのはAFURIというお店で
鶏と塩をベースにしたスープにゆずが効いていて
あっさりしていますが奥が深い味わいです
他には焦がし醤油味も捨てがたいですが
今後頭の中で考える段階から英語で考えられるようにします
