私も、何かうまくいかないときがあると、すべてがダメになってしまったように感じることがあります。
問題が大きくなると、どうしていいのかわからなくなるという気持ちは理解できます。
しかし、本当に手も足も出ない、本当に乗り越えることができないことなのでしょうか。私たち自身が問題を大きくしてしまっているということはないでしょうか。
私も何度もつらい経験をしてきましたが、それでも何と かなってきました。ですからどんなに悩んでも、最終的には、「どうにかなる」と開き直ることができるのです。

I may feel that all has been ruined when somfthing does not go well.
I can understand the feeling that you get lost about what you should do.
However, is it wha you are not able to get over really or you cannot do anything about really? Is it not that we ourselves magnify the problem?
I have had hard experiences many times, but still I hawe managed them somehow. Therefore I can finally assume a defiant attitude and say, "it will be overcome one way or other."

There are moments when I feel everything is collapsing when things does not go smoothly.
I can understand the feelling that you are lost when issue grows to big problem.
But is it really that you cannot do anything or you cannot overcome that. Have you not experienced that you yourself is making the issue bigger than
I also have experienced tough times but I could manage to survive so far. So, whatever your problems are, you can sort of give up and say "you can manage."
