私も、何かうまくいかないときがあると、すべてがダメになってしまったように感じることがあります。
問題が大きくなると、どうしていいのかわからなくなるという気持ちは理解できます。
しかし、本当に手も足も出ない、本当に乗り越えることができないことなのでしょうか。私たち自身が問題を大きくしてしまっているということはないでしょうか。

私も何度もつらい経験をしてきましたが、それでも何と かなってきました。ですからどんなに悩んでも、最終的には、「どうにかなる」と開き直ることができるのです。
