今日は朝から「北朝鮮の衛星と称するミサイルが発射されました。今後の情報にご注意下さい。」という物騒なアナウンスが流れた。「気をつけてどうなるんだろう？」とぼんやり考えているうちに、衛星は島の上空を通過したとのアナウンスが流れ
「人生はまだまだ続くのだ」と思ったら、色々やるべきことを片付けなければと、急に生きる意欲が湧いた。
とりあえず細かな用事を済ませて、大仕事の断捨離に挑んでみた。７時間かけて90ℓのゴミ袋８つ分のゴミ。古く大きな我が家には、それでもまだ捨てる物が溢れてる。

While I was thinking absent-mindedly, "So what if I pay attention?", yet another announce saying "The satellite passed above the island." And when I thought, "Life lasts years down the road", I gained my will to live suddenly with the idea, "I need to cope with what I should do.".
Tentatively I finished miscellaneous affairs. After that, I started my challenge against thorough cleaning, which was a big task, 7 hours after, I could finish gather trash into eight 90l dust bag. Still I have a lot of things to be thrown away in my old big house.

夕方からは、リコの誕生日プレゼントの魔法の杖を作ってみた。
去年、庭の木を伐採して用意した枝が、良い具合に乾燥していて削り心地が最高に良かった。
予想以上に作業が進み、今日だけで大まかなフォルムが完成。
この後は、ひたすらヤスリをかけ、細かな彫り細工を加えつつ石を埋め込み仕上げに何かを塗り込む。
どんな模様を掘るのかも未だ考えてなくて、これから色々調べてみるつもり。
リコへのプレゼントと言いつつ、実態は私のストレス解消なのかも。
憂鬱度MAXで迎えた週末だけど、これで何とか復活しました！

In the evening, I made a magic stick for Riko's birthday present.
The branch, which I prepared last year by tree triming, was so nicely dry that scraping it was very pleasant.
As the work progressed beyond expectation, I could complete rough form of the stick.
After this, I will do nothing but polish it with a file, embed stones in parallel with adding fine sculpted work, and rub something into it as a finish.
I have not decided what pattern I sculpt, so I will investigate a lot.
I meant it is a present for Riko, but in fact it might be my stress release.
I was fully depressed in the beginning of the weekend, but I could somehow revive by this.

In the evening, we made a magic wand, Rico's birthday gift.
Last year, the branches that were prepared by cutting down of the trees in the garden, is in such a good condition as well dry and easy to be sharpened.
I can proceed the work faster than expected and complete the rough form only today.
After this, I will single-mindedly sand it, and cover something for a finishing, while adding a fine carving crafted and filling the stones.
I have not thought yet, what kind of pattern I will carve, and then I'll try to find further more.
I say it is a gift for Rico, but it may be just my stress relieve in fact.
I saw the weekend with a max degree of depression, but this revived me somehow.
