こちらのオーダーはMulti-Channel Fulfillment Order サービスを
使って1月20日にお届けしています。
しかしバイヤーは商品を受け取っていないとクレームを入れています。
履歴を確認していただければ商品を確かに届けているのが分かります。
この場合の対処法はどうすればよいでしょうか?
もしくはMulti-Channel Fulfillment Orderの配送ミスはありえますか?

Greetings.
We delivered this order on January 20th using Multi-Channel Fulfillment Order service.
But the buyer claimed that he has not received it yet.
If you check the delivery history, you can see that we delivered it for sure.
What would be the right way of coping with this particular case?
Or, could it be a mistake of Multi-Channel Fulfillment Order?

However, the buyer turned a claim saying that she (he) had not received the product.

How do you do?
This order has been delivered on January 20th using Multi-Channel Fulfillment Order service.
But the buyer claims that he didn't recieved it.
You can see that the item was delivered for sure by checking the order history.
What should I do?
Or is there any possibility that it was actually caused by Multi Fulfillment Order's shipping mistake?

This item arrived on 1/20 through Multi-Channel Fulfillment Order Service; however, the buyer submitted a claim that it has not been arrived yet.
If you check the tracking record, you know that it was delivered to the buyer.
Please advise me what I need to do to handle this case.
