1/10に準備が出来たと連絡があり、1/19に私の住所を教えて欲しいと聞いてきた。
そして実際の発送は2/1です。
過去何度か発送が遅れ当社のお客様に迷惑をかけた事を覚えていますか？

変わっていないですね。
やはり安心して取引は出来ません。
