全てが完了するまではお互いに外に出ないで銀行の中で待機します。

I'm surprised to know that you don't trust me.
Contract procedure did not state that I submit bank check first, so I will never do so.
However, there is a way to make you feel comfortable.
1. As in the contract, you will bring bank check and enter the bank with me.
2. After the money is put into account, I will have designated bank check issued within that day and hand it to you.
I don't mind leaving my passport with you during this process.
Both of us will stay inside the bank until everything is completed without going outside.
