I am surprised to hear that you cannot trust me.
I cannot give you the bank cheque beforehand because it was not included in the procedures of the agreement.
However I think you could trust me by this way.
1. As the agreement says, you will come with your bank cheque and we will go to the bank together.
2. After I settle the payment to the bank account, I will have the bank cheque issued within that day, and give it to you.
I don't mind if you keep my passport during this time.
We both will stay inside the bank until the whole process is complete.
