Please send your item and the accessories back to the following address with the track number.
Right after we receive it, we will send the new item to you from Japan.
As for mailing fee, can you please pay it for us, and send the picture of its receipt by email? We will send the same amount of Amazon Gift Ticked(PDF) as the mailing fee, with additional 5 dollars.
