I receive complaints which is like "Red lamp doesn't turn on", " Alarm goes off with a small vibration", "Remote control doesn't work" etc. from customers. This cause losing trust with customers, and losing our profits, too. We didn't use to see your defective items. Please check if the items are good to go before shipping.
