最近、「WRAP」の不良品率が高いです。大体、あなたの店から15個購入すると、１個は不良品があります。顧客から、「赤いランプがつかない」、「少しの振動で警報が鳴る」、「リモコンが作動しない」などクレームが来ます。これでは、顧客との信頼に傷がつきますし、私としても利益が損なわれます。以前は不良品はほとんど無かったです。出荷前に製品の検査をお願い致します。それか生産後に不良品がないか検査をしてください。これはお互いの利益、信頼のために書いてます。よろしくお願い致します。

We have been finding a lot of defective items of "WRAP" these days. I find 1 defective item out of 15 items I purchase at your store. I receive complaints which is like "Red lamp doesn't turn on", " Alarm goes off with a small vibration", "Remote control doesn't work" etc. from customers. This cause losing trust with customers, and losing our profits, too. We didn't use to see your defective items. Please check if the items are good to go before shipping. Please make sure to check that items have no defect after producing, as well. I'm writing this for the benefit and trust of each other.

There is a high probability of defect items from Wrap recently. About 1 in 15 items bought from your store is defective. Claims from customers about "Red light cannot be turned on", "Security alarm activated even with slight movement", "Remote control not working" have been coming. These have caused the customers to lose the faith in me and also there are damages done to my interest. There was almost no such defective items in the past. Please check your products before shipment. Also, please check if there are defective items after production. I am writing this for our benefits and trust. Thank you.
