現在ERは調子よく動作しています。
しかし急に治ってしまい、正確な不具合箇所を特定ができなかったので
また動作しなくなる可能性が非常に高いです。
多発しているERの不具合による、顧客対応や送料などのコストを考えると
交換用のERを1台無料で提供して欲しいです。
コントローラーに不具合はないと思うので不要です。
送料は当社が負担します。
さらに、当社在庫としてER2を1台注文します。
SN2.1とHF101も注文します。
これらの商品と一緒にERも発送して欲しいです。

I want you to provide an ER for replacement free when I think about the costs such as customer correspondence and the postage because of the malfunction of ER occurring frequently.
