ここ最近、本村さんに連絡が取れないことがによる、トラブルやリスクが多々あります。現状、本村さんがリスクマターとなっている状況です。
昨日の遅延で、ix、メンバーズ、JCBの後工程に大きく影響しております。最悪、1人月くらいの影響・調整が必要になるようイメージです。
本村さんの納品の後には、複雑に調整した後工程があることを、ご理解ください。

Recently there have been many troubles and risks because Motomura san cannot be contacted. Currently, Motomura san is a risk matter. Due to delay yesterday, post process of ix, members and JCB had been greatly affected. For the worst case, it affected about one month and adjustments are needed.
Please understand that there are post processes complicatedly adjusted after Motomura san's delivery.

１）死にかけで病院とは、怪我・事故ですか？ 病気ですか？
２）事故でしたら、どのような事故に遭われましたか？
もしくは、病気でしたら、どのような病気でしょうか？
今後も、同様に突然連絡が取れなくなる事態がありますか？
別途、連絡があると思いますが、金曜納期の件、日曜のAM中には必要です。
まずは、今日明日の見通しについて、メッセで連絡いただけないでしょうか？

1) You were at a hospital nearly dad, were you hurt or accident? Or sick?
2) If you were in an accident, what kind of accident did you get involved?
Or if you were sick, what kind of sickness did you have?
Will it happen again in the future that you will suddenly be lost in communication?
I think you will be contacted separately, but about Friday delivery deadline, it is needed within Sunday morning.

2) If it was an accident, what kind of accident did you get in?
or if you were sick, what kind of sickness you are suffered from?
Is there any chance that we will not be able to get in touch with you again in the future?
We will get in touch with you separately, but we need the delivery by Sunday morning for the work that was supposed to be delivered on Friday.
