１）死にかけで病院とは、怪我・事故ですか？　病気ですか？

２）事故でしたら、どのような事故に遭われましたか？
　　もしくは、病気でしたら、どのような病気でしょうか？
　　今後も、同様に突然連絡が取れなくなる事態がありますか？

別途、連絡があると思いますが、金曜納期の件、日曜のAM中には必要です。
まずは、今日明日の見通しについて、メッセで連絡いただけないでしょうか？
