建物は実家の南側に元々あった車庫＆倉庫を解体し、そこへ納まる最大の大きさとしている。
敷地の側を流れる川や、パノラマ状に広がる山並みを堪能出来る様に、家族が集まる主要室は2階へと配置した。
間取りとしてはワンルーム空間だが、ダイニング・キッチンとリビングとをスキップフロアによって分節する事で空間に広がりが生まれ、様々な角度で周辺の景色を眺める事が出来る様になっている。

The main room where the family gathers is located on the second floor so that they are able to thoroughly enjoy the view of the river flowing through the side of the lot and the opening panorama of the mountain range.
It is a one-room space as the plan of the house, but by dividing the dining kitchen and the living by the skip floor, an expanse is born in the space so that they can enjoy the views of the neighborhood from various angles.

The building fits in the space created by demolishing the garage and the shed that were on the south side of the parents' house. The main rooms where the family gather are placed on the second floor so they can view the stream that runs on the side of the lot and the panoramic mountain view.
The floor plan is a single room space but the dining kitchen and the living room are separated on separate levels, allowing the space to appear larger and the residents can view the scenery from different angles.
