コーヒーとタバコ、そして音楽が大好きなご主人とその素敵な家族の為の住宅です。
建物は実家の南側に元々あった車庫＆倉庫を解体し、そこへ納まる最大の大きさとしている。
敷地の側を流れる川や、パノラマ状に広がる山並みを堪能出来る様に、家族が集まる主要室は2階へと配置した。
間取りとしてはワンルーム空間だが、ダイニング・キッチンとリビングとをスキップフロアによって分節する事で空間に広がりが生まれ、様々な角度で周辺の景色を眺める事が出来る様になっている。

This is a residential house for a husband and his wonderful family who loves coffee, cigarettes, and music.
