コーヒーとタバコ、そして音楽が大好きなご主人とその素敵な家族の為の住宅です。
建物は実家の南側に元々あった車庫＆倉庫を解体し、そこへ納まる最大の大きさとしている。
敷地の側を流れる川や、パノラマ状に広がる山並みを堪能出来る様に、家族が集まる主要室は2階へと配置した。
間取りとしてはワンルーム空間だが、ダイニング・キッチンとリビングとをスキップフロアによって分節する事で空間に広がりが生まれ、様々な角度で周辺の景色を眺める事が出来る様になっている。

It is the house for your husband who loves coffee and cigarette, and music, and for his wonderful family.
The building is, having dismantled the garage & warehouse which originally was in the south side of the parents' house, of the greatest possible size within the space there.
The main room where the family gathers is located on the second floor so that they are able to thoroughly enjoy the view of the river flowing through the side of the lot and the opening panorama of the mountain range.
It is a one-room space as the plan of the house, but by dividing the dining kitchen and the living by the skip floor, an expanse is born in the space so that they can enjoy the views of the neighborhood from various angles.
