At my workplace, all four nurses are female. That's the typical case but the current nurse trainees are one female and one male. Moreover, the ratio of male to female for doctor is even. The power of sympathy that comes out from females are more needed in the medical field for hereafter.

In my workplace, there are four female nurses. Although we share a general idea that nursing is a female job, I've got two new nurses, and one of them is female and the other is male.
