その場合は「チェックアウトした。」というメッセージをいただけると助かります。

If your departure time tomorrow is between 8 and 10 am, and if you can tell me the exact time today, I can go to the terrace house to get the key and send it directly to Aboshi Station, but if you wish to leave at a different time and leave the key on the key box, it is also totally fine for me.
In that case, I will appreciate if you can send me a message telling you have check out.

If you could let me know the departure time between 8 and 10 am tomorrow, I could go and pick up the key to the terraced house and see you off to Aboshi station straight ahead, but if you wish to check out at your convenience and drop the key in the key box, that will be fine as well. In such case, it would be appreciated if you could notify like " we have checked out.".
