日本郵便に補償を申請したいと思います。
配送時の状況を輸送会社が調査しに行く場合がありますので
輸送された際の段ボールをとっておいていただけますでしょうか。
また、スムーズに申請を進めるために外箱の凹んでいる箇所や全体の写真も送ってください。
別件での質問ですが、税金を少しでも安くするためと思いギフト表記で少し安めに価格を記載させて頂きました。
このたびは重ねてご迷惑をおかけして申し訳ございません。

of how it was delivered, would you keep the cardboard when it was delivered?
To proceed the filing smoothly, would you send a picture of the dented spot at outside of the box and the whole view?
We have another question. To make the tax lower even a little, we listed lower price as a gift.

Since there may be a case that they would investigate the condition when it was delivered, please keep the cardboard box of this delivery.
And, please send me the photos of outer box, its place of hollow and entire box, so that we can ask the compensation smoothly.
As for the another issue, I wrote the price less expensive and as a gift, it was what I thought better so that the tax would be cheaper.
