I'm sorry to keep you waiting.
I couldn't send it to your address by using EMS deliver service which sends in 3 - 5 days. That was mail clerk's mistake on its confirmation before its sending.
Please see attached photo which displays deliverable area by EMS.
It seems to be able to send it to you by ●● service which delivers in 7 - 10 days.
What I can do is to send it again to deliverable area by EMS, or send it to you address by using e-packet.
Which do you prefer?

I couldn't deliver the item to your address with EMS Delivery Service delivering in 3 to 5 days. A post officer checked mistakenly. I apologize for undelived.
I will attach the photo of the area available for EMS and please confirm it.

What I can do is to send with EMS again to the service area, or to use e-packet to send the item to your address.
