（株主名尾記載事項の記載等の請求）
第９条 当会社の株式取得者が株主名簿記載事項を株主名義に記載又は記録することを請求するには、当会社所定の書式による請求書に、その取得した株式の株主として株主名簿に記載又は記録された者又はその相続人にその他の一般承継人及び株式取得者が署名又は記名押印し共同して請求しなければならない。ただし、法令に別段の定めがある場合には、株式取得者が単独で請求することができる。

(Request for recording of matters to be stated in shareholder registry)
Article 9.
When the acquisitor of the shares of the company requests for listing or recording matters to be stated in shareholder registry in the shareholder name, the person who is listed or recorded in shareholders registry as the shareholder of the shares or his/her heir, other general successors and the share acquisitor have to sign or affix his/her seal next to his/her name on the company's established request form, and submit it jointly. But the share acquisitor can request for the above alone in the case otherwise provided for in the law.
