第９条 当会社の株式取得者が株主名簿記載事項を株主名義に記載又は記録することを請求するには、当会社所定の書式による請求書に、その取得した株式の株主として株主名簿に記載又は記録された者又はその相続人にその他の一般承継人及び株式取得者が署名又は記名押印し共同して請求しなければならない。ただし、法令に別段の定めがある場合には、株式取得者が単独で請求することができる。

Article 9 When a shareholder of this company demands to state and record Matters to be Stated in the Shareholder Registry in the Shareholder Registry,in the given form of invoice of this company, as a shareholder of shares acquired, other General successors and Shareholders must sign or Sign and Seal, and jointly demand to the successor. However in a case of a specified provision in the legal imperatives, a shareholder can exclusively demand.
