However, unfortunately it's totally different form the bag I requested.
Similar doesn't mean exact.
There is no meaning if it's not a replica precisely reproduced.
Anyways, I am not satisfied with your arrangement this time.

After 2 months you can do something like this, that way we cannot do business in the future.
