メーカーに確認したところ、チップのみの販売はしておらず、修理対応になる
そうですがすでにこのレンズはカスタマーサポート対応終了とのことでした。
このレンズは元々フィルム機用のレンズであり、デジタルではメーカーの動作
保証はしていないとのことでした。
明確に商品説明文にフィルム機用と記載していなかったこちらのミスです。
今回は返品・返金でご対応させていただきたいのですがいかがでしょうか?

After confirming to the the manufacturer, the chip is not for sale and it is only for the repair.
However, this lens has already finished the customer support.
The lens is originally for the film cameras and it doesn't guarantee using for digital cameras.
It is our mistake that we haven't described that it is for film cameras in product description.
How about returning the product and getting refund?

As i checked with the manufacturer, they said the don't sell just chip and it had to be repaired, but customer support for these lens already finished.
These lens are originally for film devices and operation with digital camera is not guaranteed by the manufacturer.
This is my fault not to clearly state the item was for film device on item description.
I'd like to accept return and make refund this time, what do you think?
