Have you had a chance to receive the merchandise I shipped to you?
About a month ago, I filed a request with Japan Post for international investigation in order to track the package.
However, I am in trouble because Japan Post hasn't received a reply from Brazil as of yet.
According to the tracking number, it is certain that the package has arrived in Brazil though.
