34 Cartonsで届きましたがアイテム数は128でした。
すべてのCartonは未開封の状態で届いたので
発送の段階で1商品だけ不足していたのだと思います。
次の注文の際にAを1つ一緒に送って欲しいです。

After checking all the products, I have noticed that there was 1 A missing.
34 Cartons arrived, but the number of items was 128.
Since all the Cartons were unopened, I believe that there was one missing at the time of packaging and shipping.
Please attach an additional A with my next order.
I understand that your firm's web shop has direct shipping to Japan supported.
There are many Japanese that have a hard time with English.
Also, a lot of them are reluctant to make purchases from foreign web shops.
Does your firm have an agency in Japan?

I inspected all products, I figured one of A was missing.
It delivered by 34 Cartons but the numbers of item was 128.
I think just one product was missing when it was shipped since all the Carton was delivered unpacked.
I would appreciate if you could send me one of A with the next shipping.
I understand that your web shop corresponds to direct transfer to Japan.
There are only few that speaks fluent English in Japan.
Also a lot of us don'f feel completely comfortable with shopping from foreign web site.
