航空券を予約しようと思ったのですが、日本は夏休みなので8月25日までチケットがいっぱいとなってます。
航空会社と話をしてチケットの空きが出次第取るようにします。
商品についてですが、早く商品を入れるには先にサンプルを50kgぐらい作り、日本で食品検査を受けた方が時間短縮になりますので、工程表を打ち合わせしてサンプルを入れたいと思います。
そうすれば次の検査が簡単となります。

I tried to reserve airline ticket, but people are on summer vacation in Japan and reservation has been full until August 25th.
I talked with the airline company and make a reservation when I have an empty seat.
Regarding the item, as it reduces time if you make a sample by 50 kilograms first and the food is inspected in Japan to obtain the item earlier, we are going to talk about the process list and obtain the sample.
Then the next inspection will be easier.

Though I wanted to book an air ticket, they are all sold out until 25th of August because of the summer vacation.
I will book a ticket as soon as a vacancy is available after a talk with the air company.
As for the items, if we want to have the items early, we need to make about 50kg's sample and have food evaluation in Japan. It is much quicker. And so, we would like to make arrangements and then to make samples. So, the next examination will become easier.

I thought to book a flight, but it is a summer holiday in Japan so the tickets are fully booked until 25th August.
By talking to the airlines if there is a vacancy I can take out the tickets as soon as possible.

I will try and contact airline companies directly and see if I can get tickets as soon as there is an opening.
For the products, in order to get them in as soon as possible, it will save time if 50kg of samples are made and food inspection is done in Japan beforehand.
I will hold a meeting for the work schedule and get the samples in.
This way, the next inspection will go more easily.

I was going to make a reservation for tickets but It was full of reservations until Aug,25th because of the summer vacation.
I will keep in touch with airline and I will get the tickets as soon as they have a vacancy.
About the product, You should make samples for like 50kg and have food inspection in Japan would help you to get the product. I will sort the get the sample after arranging the process.
