I packed the parcel with care and shipped it out. I believe it turned out to be in that situation due to handling during delivery. I will pack the remaining 2 items with care too, but as I cannot ensure complete compensation, I will make refund. I am sorry for the mistake in quantities. I will make refund for 3 pieces. Please dispose the delivered goods if necessary.

I packed carefully and I sent it out, so it is conceived that it got to such a condition by the handling in transit. I will pack carefully and send it out the remaining two items, too, and let me offer to refund that one because I cannot repair the item fully. This time I did a mistake about the quantity and troubled you, I am sorry. The refund amount will be equal to three times of the price of the item. Please dispose of that one in your hand if you do not need it.

I have packed it carefully with care, so I suppose the damage occured while delivering. The other two packages are packed neatly, although perfect shipment cannnot be guaranteed. I will make a refund to you. My apology of making a mistake in numbers. The refund is for all 3 items. If you do not need the sent item, please just throw it away.

From my side, I can guarantee you that I had packed your parcel well. Unfortunately, I think that the parcel might have been damaged whilst being sent to you. I will make sure to pack the other two parcels with care, however, I cannot make a guarantee that the parcels will be in a perfect condition when they arrive to you. For this reason, I would like offer you a refund. I do apologise for any inconvenience caused by the parcels' quantity error. The refund will be for all three parcels. Please dispose your items should you not wish to keep them.
