I have packed it carefully with care, so I suppose the damage occured while delivering. The other two packages are packed neatly, although perfect shipment cannnot be guaranteed. I will make a refund to you. My apology of making a mistake in numbers. The refund is for all 3 items. If you do not need the sent item, please just throw it away.
