私は丁寧に梱包し発送しましたが、運送中の取り扱いにてそのような状態になったと考えられます。残りの２点も丁寧に梱包し発送いたしますが、完全な補償はできないため返金にて対応させていただきます。このたびは数量の間違いをしてご迷惑をおかけいたしました。返金は3個分の金額を返金いたします。そちらの商品は必要なければ処分してください。
From my side, I can guarantee you that I had packed your parcel well. Unfortunately, I think that the parcel might have been damaged whilst being sent to you. I will make sure to pack the other two parcels with care, however, I cannot make a guarantee that the parcels will be in a perfect condition when they arrive to you. For this reason, I would like offer you a refund. I do apologise for any inconvenience caused by the parcels' quantity error. The refund will be for all three parcels. Please dispose your items should you not wish to keep them.
