し上げられません。
材に関しましては恐らくトップはスプルース、サイドバックはメイプルと思われます。
恐らくセルロイドなどの合成素材だと思われます。
テールピース部の剥がれ落ちたところに浮きが見られます。

Materials are probably spruce on top and maple on the side and the back.

Details of the manufacturing factory is unknown. When I am looking for the information on the Internet it was like Terada musical instrument but certainly it will not show up. Regarding the wood, perhap the top is a spruce, and a side back is probably a maple.
