Customer service. I received the FedEx tracking number with an email on June 18. The delivery date seems to be June 25, but this tracking number tells me the package has not been moving. Could you confirm this? As I plan to attend an event, I need this item very urgently. As I told you in my previous email, I need it by the end of this month.
