カスタマーサービス。私は6/18にFedExのトラッキングナンバーのメールを受け取りました。到着予定は6/25のようですが、そのナンバーを追跡しても荷物は動いていないようです。これを確認して頂けますか？私はイベントへ出席のためこの商品をとてもとても急いでいます。先日メールで知らせたとおり今月末までに必要としています。これを調べて頂けるととてもうれしいです。顧客は新しい商品をとても楽しみにしていますので。supportに感謝します。

To Customer service.
I received an e-mail with a tracking number of FedEx on June 18th.
Although the delivery date is June 25th, the parcel doesn't seem to be moving when tracking the number.
Could you check on that?
I am in a harry to get it because I'm gonna participate in an event.As the e-mail the other day, I'd like to receive it by the end of this month.I'd be happy if you confirm it.Our clients are looking forward to new items.
