カスタマーサービス。私は6/18にFedExのトラッキングナンバーのメールを受け取りました。到着予定は6/25のようですが、そのナンバーを追跡しても荷物は動いていないようです。これを確認して頂けますか？私はイベントへ出席のためこの商品をとてもとても急いでいます。先日メールで知らせたとおり今月末までに必要としています。これを調べて頂けるととてもうれしいです。顧客は新しい商品をとても楽しみにしていますので。supportに感謝します。
Customer Service.
I received an email which contained FedEx tracking number on June 18. The parcel seems to be arriving on June 25, but the parcel seems to not be moving as far as tracking shows. Can you confirm this? I am urgently in need of this item for attendance in an event. As mentioned in yesterday's email, I need them by the end of this month. I would appreciate it if you can check this out. Our customers look forward to the new products. I appreciate your support.
